Here is something I wrote the other day in my journal:

It is better to have one handful of quietness and rest,   Than to have two handfuls of toil and labor. All my striving and work will,in the end   earn me nothing except   frustration and vanity. Ambition and striving lead down a path   to destruction of all peace and joy. Spirit of Christ, empower me to lay down all my desires   and to take upon my shoulders your burden,   for I know it is easy and light. Jesus help me to rest in you,   and depend on your Spirit to lead and guide me,   in all my endeavors.

It is impossible for an athiest to live their life in complete radical devotion to the beliefs that they claim to hold.  The only way in which this could be made possible is for them to somehow revert into the state of nothingness that they claim everything came from.  This, of course, would cause an even greater dillema for them in the fact that they would then cease to exist.  Therefore they would no longer posess the ability to believe in anything at all.

• Insert DVD
• open terminal (Applications>Utilities>Terminal)
• execute the follow commands
• mount
• This will list all mount points.  Locate the DVD drive (e.g. the DVD for cars would look like this: /dev/disk2 on /Volumes/Cars (iso, etc...)  The info you care about is the/dev/diskX

I typed up this story a week or so after the after the passing of Pastor David Wilkerson, although I never was able to finish it until now.  I am writing this to share a one of the personal experiences I had with Pastor Dave while on the platform at Times Square Church. 

I was reading Isaiah 58 this morning and this verse really convicted me:

13] “If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath,
  from doing your pleasure on my holy day,
and call the Sabbath a delight
  and the holy day of the LORD honorable;
if you honor it, not going your own ways,
  or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly;
(Isaiah 58:13 ESV)

"There is today no lack of Bible teachers to set forth correctly the principles of the doctrines of Christ, but too many of these seem satisfied to teach the fundamentals of the faith year after year, strangely unaware that there is in their ministry no manifest Presence, nor anything unusual in their personal lives. They minister constantly to believers who feel within their breasts a longing which their teaching simply does not satisfy."

I was reading the other day in Romans and I was convicted regarding the sin of gossip.  I believe it is a posionous sin that can so easily creep into our daily lives.  Gossip is a sin that, like many others, feels really good while your are doing it but often you feel dirty afterwards.  Consider what Paul says in Romans regarding gossip:
